Contact lenses are pieces of specialized plastic that have been manufactured with optical powers providing the ability to improve visual acuity for patients who seek this optical option.  The fitting of contact lenses should be performed after a complete examination.  The unique process of fitting contact lenses to your eyes is a specialized service within our practice.  For your convenience, we also have the capability to order any contact lens style available in today's marketplace.  There are numerous options available, including:  soft disposable, rigid gas permeable, toric lens for astigmatism, bifocals, monovision, keratoconus and "bandage lenses" to be worn for therapeutic treatment.
